Inspired by my garden in spring, I added winding jasmine to the layers of mocha fondant and blooms of magnolia and viburnum buds before adding white wayward leaves to create movement and some drama.

A classic three-tier wedding cake adorned with pearls and fantasy wafer flowers, sprang to life using lots of wayward climbing flowers to create more dramatic interest and a modern feel.

Square cake tiers can create a slightly masculine edge to a soft airy design. The gold cake separator added interest and height, tying in with gold centre peonies that rest against a textured leaf pattern.

Three tiers using a mix of giant fondant and wafer ruffles, breathing light and a silky texture to the design. Sweet pea, peonies, and dogwood made from wafer paper give an extra delicate look and feel.

Vintage cream & mint make a delicious combination when using modern mediums such as wafer flowers and lace to bring it up to date in the most elegant way.

A timeless classic 4-tier wedding cake had extra tall tiers for drama, and a wide vintage silk bow. Created for a bridal editorial in the most elegant Georgian house.

This whimsical yet slightly edgy grey and blush wedding cake design was quite the showstopper with 4 tiers and an imitation tier for added interest.

A winter theme wedding, stone effect ripped fondant wraps and wafer tassels that come alive with movement.

The couple this cake was designed for had a keen eye for detail and wanted a tall extravagant design to tie in with their utterly gorgeous tones of soft dusky pinks and beige wedding décor.

New Place Hotel - Southampton
Designed for a couple that wanted something very different in a vintage green design. We opted for both round and square tiers and gold bas relief for an opulent feel and of course fresh flowers for that true vintage feel.

Froyle Park - Alton
A 3-tier wedding cake designed for a couple with Indian and French Berber heritage. The Indian pattern lace, the French lavender, and couples names in Berber Hieroglyph embossed into the icing created an edible love story.

Hand painted mottled effects give a modern edge . The light soft cream flowers made a real pop against burgundy. Gold bas relief detailing against the moody dark tone gave it the grandeur it needed to fit in with the stunning December venue

A slight spin on the winding roses styles we opted for a sugar flowers to match the beautiful summer bouquet and assembled them in a modern C shape.

Made for the bride but designed by the best friend. He new she loved polka dots and everything vintage and traditional but was a very modern girl so the polka dots were a must.

The theme to work to was bold, bright and beautiful with spring colours in mind.

When a couple want their dream cake in terms of size but do not want to waste so we went for a dummy base. Over 50 handmade sugar flowers and untold hours to create but worth every second as it exudes romance.
