THE FLAVOURS
Taster samples are part of my wedding cake service, provided either at the design consultation or in a box, or can be posted.
If you wish to try before you buy, you can purchase a taster box for £25 which can either be collected or posted if preferred
All of my wedding cakes are made fresh to order with quality ingredients and organic whenever possible.
Free-range organic local eggs, real butter, Belgian chocolate, British sugar and flours and luxury fondant icing.
Each tier will be a minimum of 5 inches tall with at least 3 layers of filling
All fondant-covered cakes are first coated with a white chocolate ganache to ensure freshness, stability, smoothness and a modern sharp edge.
All cakes, biscuits and chocolates are produced in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, milk and eggs are regularly used and stored. I therefore do not offer vegan or nut free cakes, however I do offer some gluten free flavours should you wish to perhaps have a cake tier or separate cupcakes specifically for certain individuals.
PINK CHAMPAGNE & ENGLISH STRAWBERRY
Moist sponge infused with pink champagne layered with English strawberry preserve and pink champagne buttercream.
SICILIAN LEMON
& LIME
Zesty sponge made with Sicilian
lemons, drizzled with a tangy lemon curd syrup and layered with lemon & lime buttercream
CHOCOLATE JAFFA
Rich chocolate cake layered with tangy orange syrup and chocolate orange buttercream.
COFFEE WALNUT
Espresso coffee sponge and crushed walnuts filled with layers of whipped coffee buttercream.
(Can be made without walnuts.)
VANILLA BEAN & RASPBERRY
Classic vanilla sponge, layered with raspberry preserve and Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Indulgent dark chocolate sponge with a slight brownie like consistency
filled with creamy chocolate buttercream.
Deliciously spicy carrot cake with juicy sultanas, crunchy walnuts and layers of zesty orange buttercream.

Nutty almond sponge with layers of Morello cherry preserve and a silky smooth almond buttercream

SALTED CARAMEL
Brown sugar caramel sponge layered with gooey caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream
Cappuccino sponge bathed in Irish cream before layering with whipped Irish cream buttercream.
LATTE IRISH CREAM
PINA COLADA
A moist fluffy coconut sponge layered with Pineapple conserve and creamy coconut buttercream infused with West Indian coconut white rum.
WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY
SNICKERS SALTED CARAMEL
White chocolate mud sponge with raspberries, infused with caramel syrup, then filled with a white chocolate ganache and seedless raspberry preserve.
Decadent and delicious chocolate sponge layered with whipped peanut buttercream, peanut sprinkles and sea-salted caramel.
BLACK FOREST
Soft dark chocolate sponge with black cherry preserve and either whipped vanilla buttercream.
TRADITIONAL ENGLISH FRUITCAKE
Juicy plump sultanas soaked in either brandy or apple juice with blanched almonds.
CHOC CHIP & WALNUT
Fruitcake made with juicy raisins and saltanas, soaked in chilli rum, coarsely chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips
WHITE CHOCOLATE AND AMARETTO
Rich fruitcake with amaretto-infused fruit, white chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts
